Because our strengths don't overlap. Chris's background is in marketing, branding, and presentation; Kayvan's is in renovation, investment, and hands-on property value. Working together means a listing gets top-tier marketing and a buyer gets a second set of eyes on whether a property is actually a good deal, instead of getting only one half of that from a single agent.
